Today so far I have been not too great on my diet, but not too bad I guess.........I ate, 2 oranges, an apricot, a salad with NO OIL, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, grilled aubergines and courgettes, and 2 small bread rolls. And 4 coffees with a little sugar. So I reckon that's about 600 cals. I'm not eating anything else apart from some fruit
