Exciting times

Its half term. Never have I been more relieved to have a week off and I intend to spend it either painting woodwork or filling in job application forms.

1. I hate my job. The negatives now outweight the positived and it's time to leave.
2. After 7 years, the skirting boards and door frames are yellow.

20 years here and I've painted 2 bedrooms and refitted the bathroom. Downstairs loo is a great start.

Skirting and door frames are done. I've just prepped the ceiling (removed a bit of flaking, sanded and applied stain blocker where needed. I can't paint the walls and ceilings until tomorrow now but I have the grandkids here anyway..
