I'll start by mentioning how very unfit I am. I thought couch to 5k might be a good start but I'm incapable of sticking to a plan so I went out and did a bit of a plod once, went too hard at it and it made my hip hurt and then a few days later I got ill and it all ground to a halt again. I don't
