oh, and I throw in some fresh roma tomatoes in too, for more texture. if you don't want to add sugar, you can use a peeled carrot, just let it simmer at least a half hour/45 minutes before serving.
it's two weeks worth of dinners. For breakfast we rotate between pancakes, french toast, eggs and old fashioned oatmeal. Lunches usually consist of Nutella Sandwiches or Ramen noodles with butter and peas/tuna/other veggies.
