Bored....

Now, today, an old man on the bus kept talking to me while I was TRYING to read The Da Vinci Code in peace....he asked me if I was reading the Bible (why, I have no idea) and just knew I was a church girl....(again, what's with this church references? Taylor Wins American Idol....what a shocker!
Oh my goodness, that was seriously the best 2 hours of television I have seen in a very long time. Wow. Taylor was adorable the entire night! I can't wait to be able to download allll the performances. Well, not all....just the group performances and especially anything associated with Elliott. He and Mary were incredible! So I finally started work.....
It went rather well. I had to wake up so early today, 9:00...grrrr.....and I had to figure out the bus schedules and such to get on campus. I ended up taking 2 busses, all went smoothly, and in a half an hour I was at Penn. I finally turned in my financial aid application....much better than in August, right? For once in my life I was actually really angry about something and not feeling guilty about it. That's how I feel about the Kevin situation. Always follow your intuition. I had bad vibes for days, but I thought I could push them away and actually get something good out of it. I was trying to fool myself into thinking good things could happen....but my instincts got the best of me. As much as I *may* have gotten out of it, it would have been for selfish reasons. Quit Playing Games
I'm soooo excited....got my tickets for the American Idol tour! Okay, so they're the cheapest ones available, and the seats are nowhere near the stage...but, at least it's high up and I managed to be in the 1st rather than the 15th row. I think it's going to be incredible. Last real concert I went to was the Scream 2 Tour.....which was a blast ( Read more... ) -
A day later....
I'm so happy for Elliott. He's just great, and I know he'll be great in the industry. I have a bad feeling that this year's Idol winner is going to have a lot of drama....I'm glad Elliott will have the freedom to work with people who haven't been screwing him over for the past several months.
