Also I'm very confused about the ending dates... in that there doesn't seem to be one. This seems very strange for an auction. How is this going to work - will you announce the end date at some point in the future? Without one, how will people know when to bid?

I read through everything, but one issue is unclear. What does one actually get if one wins an auction on a celebrity?

I'm sorry you find it unclear. But you get, at minimum, a personalized voice recording from the celebrity that you bid on. I provided an example of what one may look like in our introduction post here. However, some celebrities have said they would do differently. (a recorded song, phone call, etc)

But once the winner provides us with proof of their donation and their information, we provide the celebrity with that information so their message may be as personalized as possible. "Hey, ____, thanks for your ___ donation, it means a lot and blah, blah, blah."

Sorry if this question has been asked as I might have missed it.

LJ has been a pain these past few weeks, being down, slow to upload, etc. I was wondering if you guys have a backup plan if LJ somehow decided to just conveniently act up toward the during/end of the auction. Thanks.
