So in the spirit of better health habits, today I started my new strategy of protein shakes instead of snack food for lunch. I weighed in this morning at 208, we'll see how much this helps. The gym work is coming soon.

Ugh. I don't know about you guys, but I'm really tired. The last week and a half has just been extremely busy, and LONG. Part of that probably has to do with the fact that I just came off of a stretch of seven straight days of work, and being off this past weekend only gave me a little bit of rest before I had to head right back to the grind ( Read more... )

Ok, so I went to Dr. Acurio's office for my appointment this morning. The good news? They took x-rays of my left leg and hip, as well as my back, and it doesn't look like my hip or back are the problem (though I did find out I have Osgood-Schlatter's disease in my left knee, as I've long suspected).
