Day 30 - Today I am thankful for those times when you look into someone's eyes and you just see their beauty come out in full and in such a way that you get lost. I am thankful for giving love and being loved in return.

Day 29 - Wow... have I really done these for 29 days? On this next to last day, I am thankful for the ability to change. Here soon, I am going to be going through some personal and even professional changes and I am very excited and even scared about it. But it is needed to make me a better me, so bring it on.

Day 28 - Today I am thankful for science fiction. From Babylon 5 to Firefly to Eureka to Doctor Who... since 2008, I have really become a fan of science fiction and have been watching more of it and loving it more and more.

Day 27 - Today I am thankful that there is a full moon outside and I got to howl at it. I never care who hears or looks oddly at me, I howl at the full moon. I am the wolf.

Day 26 - Today I am thankful for ibuprofen... because it will help this headache go away...

Day 25 - I am thankful for the fact that I am now able to walk two miles without having to stop and take about 5 breaks to catch my breath... I did five years ago... but now, even at 290... I am much more in shape... healthier... and I am getting better. I *will* see 220!

Day 24 - As it is the last Saturday of November, I am thankful for cats. Cute and cuddly... and playful. I miss having one very much, but am patient until I am able to have one again.

Day 23 - I am thankful that I am not crazy enough to stay up at night and wait for a retail store and then when it opens, make a mad dash to whatever item I am wanting on sale. Day 22 - Well today is the big day of thankfulness... and today I am thankful for my health. I have a lot of bad things in my family's medical history and I am thankful that I am pretty damn healthy. Am I the poster child for healthy? Not in the slightest, but I am doing good and getting better.
