More Jam.
I didn't can it this time, but I found a small batch recipe for Strawberry Lime Microwave Jam. It took me about 25 to 30 minutes total to make and made about 1/2 a pint. I let it sit over night in the fridge and started eating on it the next day. The recipe was so easy ( Read more... ) -

Dream Day - The Terrifying Train Ride.
I was on train ride with some friends. The train cars were small more like roller coaster cars and went around a park we were at. The train went by a large body of water.
