Bingo was a bust for me tonight. Mom won $25 though. I won $25 when we went for Mom's birthday so it's even.

It's my birthday...woo hoo!
The weather is perfect! It's damp, grey, and gloomy. Today's high is only supposed to be 54 deg. And possibly rainy. Perfect Fall weather. I love it.
As soon as work is over, I'm heading to the Eastwood Mall for that Depression/Bi-polar screening. I can't wait! I have a couple of questions I want to ask and maybe i'll come up with more today.

Getting older....
So, my birthday's this Thursday. I'll be a whopping 33. That's not old. It's good. Kind of. Getting older doesn't bother me at all. Well, that's not true. I don't like the fact that I get tired more easily and the aches and pains. That makes me sound like I'm 80, but it's true. I'm back! And I'm going to a wake that may turn into a bit of a fiasco today....
This past month or so was pure hell. I finally got my meds from the pharmaceutical company. Of course, I had a bad reaction to them and ended up going to the ER 2 nights in a row and also to my doc's office 2 days in a row. Finally, they switched me to something else and it works! I bought the new publication "Artful Blogging" by Stampington & Co. the day it came out, Aug.1st.
I haven't really looked through it yet. I did read about one or 2 blogs and just skimmed through the rest of the magazine. I'm going to subscribe to it once i have some extra cash.

I haven't been doing anything in the past few weeks. Just going to work, going home, running errands, and doing the whole thing all over again.

I took my insurance test today. And failed. Woo hoo! I was stupid and reviewed ALL of my answers. I changed about 20 answers. I missed a passing "grade" by 10 correct answers. I BET I had that many, if not more, correct before I changed my answers. Now, I need to pay $55 to retake the test. That's alright though. I know what to expect now. I also ( Read more... ) -
Little Miss Sunshine
The movie "Little Miss Sunshine" kicks ass!!! It was just starting when I got home from work and running some errands. I was just making something to eat and began watching it...instead of studying.
I'm glad I did watch it. Probably a bad decision because i could probably catch it on TV again some other time. Or just rent or buy the DVD anytime. But ( Read more... ) -

I feel out of it today. It's cool inside the house and warm outside. I'm freezing and I'm physically tired but mentally on.
I don't know why, but i'm down. I haven't studied for Monday's test since last weekend, I think. I don't think I'm ready for it but I can't seem to get my shit together to study.

I was wrong about what Mom said about the state rep calling. She didn't speak to him. And, it wasn't Fri. he was supposed to call. Mom spoke to a secretary or whatever.
