Sometimes it's the little things in life that bring happiness. Like, shopping at the grocery store with my iPod listening to a Bach violin concerto. It completely remakes the experience. It turns you from a grazing animal into something finer.

A couple of years ago I decided to keep a list of important lessons in life. Every couple of weeks or so, or every time I learn a new one, I add it to the list. *cough*... i'll confess: i haven't been updating this.

the last several weeks have been delightful. i've been to chicago, and back, cincinnati, and back, and chicago again! you know, it's such a wonderful feeling to meet new people in life.

Ok so the point of any conference isn't purely to get educated. Granted you learn a lot and it's cool. But the sessions are all really just overviews to show you the big picture of what the Apple teams are doing and what direction the company is going. Just submitted my application for a scholarship to this years World Wide Developer Conference, which kicks off May 18th.
