well, after a biatch of a chest infection, I got back the gym for the first time in about 4 weeks today. My chest still isn't quite right. I've spent the last few hours coughing like hell, but I that was only after I'd showered.

good thing about cardio fitness is that it takes a considerable amount of time to revert completely, other area's go first like tone, definition, muscular size and power.
