So I had my eye doctor appointment today (went well, eyes look healthy and the doctor almost got me to think about getting contacts again...) and before heading there, I stopped at Circuit City to pick up part of Dan's bday present - Gears of War II. Did you hear that Circuit City is closing like 20% of their stores? I'm guessing that with that kind of fabulous customer service they just can't compete.

Yes, and one of them is the store I bet Jackie went to in Freehold. :/

I don't particularly like CC because of their stupid salespeople, so if I have to get something there, I'll order it online for in-store pickup. They probably wouldn't have had the MS Points offer online though, or at least they'd likely have screwed ya anyway.

I actually went to the one in brick because i had an eye doctor appointment and I tried to order it online to pick up in the store, but it wasnt available and I wanst gonna wait to get it in the mail AND pay extra shipping. nothing is eeever easy!

I just came from buying that same game for Peter!! I got it at HMV though. Nerdy gamers we have...hehe.
