i live in a sweet (and affordable) four plex in hyde park.... i dunno if any of our neighbors are moving out but it's worth a query.

oh cool. did you use a leasing agent? I'm kind of lost on how i should go about doing all of this and am looking out for recommendations on who i should call. so if you happen to have any exciting advice...

my current roomie and i used a guy from keller williams that showed us ALL OVER austin, he's very helpful and really wants to find you something you'll like. if you are interested in his number let me know. if you just want to see one of the apts in the 4-plex I'll ask my neighbors if they are moving out at the end of the year.
