The town next to the one I live in holds the Flamingo Days celebration every summer. My creation
So I was invited to a Red Dress party, a sort of yearly Cabin fever event put on by friends of a friend, and I was able to show off the Lolita style kimono I made (with help from my mother). So I signed up for the National Novel Writing month months ago in a burst of optimism and industry. It feels a little daunting, especially going in without any solid ideas, but I am going to give it my best. Now off to find both my inspiration and self discipline. -
