Teehee Frobisher! That's exactly the sound I make when I see him. He's still an asshole, even when he's attempting to be a decent human being. (Or convincing himself that he's a decent human being, which are pretty much the same things when it comes to him). Personally, I think Patty took the time to meet with him and the Hollywood people *just* to skewer him. LOL ( ... )

"Teehee Frobisher" is totally going to be my new catchphrase on every episode where I see him!

Personally, I think Patty took the time to meet with him and the Hollywood people *just* to skewer him.

You know, you're probably right!

The question is, has Patty been manipulating her all along to get her to cross that line?

I don't know. Patty has manipulated Ellen a *lot*, but my gut tells me this wasn't her aim. I think this actually came out of Ellen herself - maybe she's been a lot more like Patty all along than she ever allowed to show. It's fascinating, though!

I bet Patty ordered the hit on him. :(

Oh, God. She wanted to teach him a lesson for double-crossing her and it went horribly wrong? I can see that happening.

I have no idea why this ep summary suddenly 'clicked' for me when the previous ones passed in a blur where I was sure I had never seen this show.

NOT TRUE! I saw a handful of the first season because I thought it was awesome! And I loved Patty cause, well, you know. Glenn Close and the Awesome. But I liked the rest of the cast too - then, of course, left the country. Anyway - still can't believe I just figured it out. lol!

Oh! The show is SO GOOD OMG, you need to finish S1 when you get the chance!! But don't read any more of these posts until you've caught up! Otherwise you'll be spoiled to death, and this show really needs to be unspoiled for the twisty rollercoaster experience to be in full effect!

Every single cast member in the show has been phenomenal. I'm especially impressed with Ted Danson and Martin Short (new in the current season), both of whom I always hated as comic actors but who play subtle, three-dimensional villains like you would NOT BELIEVE.
