CUPCAKES! (Lemon edition)

After my 'baked bads' cupcake/muffin experiments, which yeilded less-than-entirely-tasty-treats, I felt like making some normal cupcakes that actually were meant to taste good. If for nothing more than to prove to the people who had to endure taste-testing the last ones that I can in fact make decent-tasting ones as well. XD But also this was made

Those sound, and look, really delicious!  Now I'm hungry for cupcakes... well, hungrier than usual for cupcakes, anyway. :)

Thanks! They went over really well at the event I took 'em too, I'd def. recommend making them. :)

I'm not really a cooking type (I consider it complicated if I have to remove the overwrap and stir before microwaving for 1 more minute or until heated throughout) but I might have to try those sometime anyway.

And I knew it was Pinkie Pie!  I don't consider myself a brony (I'm not that into the show) but, well, I do love the Smile, Smile, Smile song.  That's what got me to watch MLP:FiM, in fact. :)

For the most part I find cooking terribly boring, difficult, and I'm very impatient with it (I eat a lot of ramen meal and pizza, really healthy, mmm). But when I feel adventurous I give it a shot and I'm surprised at how often I don't totally ruin things! :D

Oh cool, someone else who knows what MLP is. Most people I tell just think I'm weird for watching a little girl's cartoon. Yeah, I love that song! ^_^ The brony community makes all these awesome original songs & remixes of the songs from the show, they're a talented bunch.
