i'm very sick of people mentioning that someone is white when they're a blues artist.

who do you think taught the black people, before the birth of blues, to play? from the white jazz artists of the 20s and 30s to perform as cheap labor in clubs and such. why do you suppose there aren't any blues artists from the UK?

there are black people there too.

because that sort of thing was abolished in the UK long before the US.

the beatles are fantastically praised for their originality but they borrowed so much from american black rock'n'roll artists of the 50s.

I'm sorry i couldn't hang out with you last weekend...while you were getting steeped in culture (yes, i consider human chess wars culture) i was writing an 18 page research paper all day (on culture no less, arab culture specifically)...i think you had more fun...

when i get back from florida we should hang...that's right, i say cool things like, "we should hang"...deal with it.
