I just recieved an e-mail from someone I don't know. I probably should not have opened it, but I did. Anyway, it came in the form of undeliverable mail being returned to me, but it was not from a mailer-daemon, it was from a regular e-mail address: mark_edwards525@yahoo.com

I get spam like that all the time. The more interesting of which I copy and keep in a text file.

As long as you didn't open any attachments, I don't think you need to worry about viruses. The 'fake bounce' is just one of many tricks spammers use to try to circumvent spam filters.

but this message is so weird. There were no attachments, no graphics, just that bounced message. Intriguing.
