i'm now 20. it doesn't feel any different. i realized that next year is my last big birthday until i hit 30, and then its all the tens afterwards. isn't it ridiculous that when we're younger there are so many important birthday and as we get older we find fewer and fewer reasons to celebrate? i should change that...

I have made it safely through Christmas with minimal family drama. What a nice Christmas it was. It was quieter than usual, but nice.

Do you know what smells bad? A wound that is draining puss and blood.
