The Bug got her wish, not snow but floods. She got to spend the day at work with me instead of at school. The day was long but went quickly. Tonight I am exhausted but not sleepy and sadly my brain feels too scattered to write. I think a walk is in order, then maybe catching up on some letter writing.

The brief snow storm was a wonderful addition to our weekend. The Bug and I took a long walk laden with snow flakes on the tongue and snow balls in the back. (evil dastardly child) We reached our destination, a local coffee shop and partook in a few hot beverages laced with chocolate and mint as we battled it out on a few game boards. Well had a quick chat with a couple people at the Farestart office and was told the reason I am talking to HR later is to find a place for me to advance in the organization. Sometimes its easy to forget how much good I have in my life, but life is good indeed. Working my but off has paid off I finished the new rough draft for my animated screenplay. After the past month or so of personal silliness I was worried I would not have it finished by the 7th of October but I did. Yay! Last night ed2ward and I had a night on the town; we had dinner in a local dive then hit the “They might be Giants” show.
