Anxiety and Depression
This morning I woke up feeling anxious. I ended up getting out of the apartment, walked some, and went to a neighbor's apartment. My anxiety turned to depression. More Thunderstorms
So this morning at about 4:45 I woke up to a bad storm. There was a big boom or two that scared me. The electric flickered when I was in the bathroom. I got back to sleep about a half hour later. -
Thunderstorms
Love hearing thunderstorms outside. The crackling thunder, pouring rain, and the insects as they sing. Oh and the cars driving by can be annoying if you let them, but I focus on the storm. I hate being sick
So I was supposed to have an appointment today with my case manager, Liz, but I had to cancel, because my head and my stomach are killing me. (I have anxiety problems is the reason I have a case manager). She told me that now if I canel twice without a 48 hour notice, I could lose case management, which is scary to me. So Panera Bread opens here tomorrow and my two friends wanted to go. So I called them. Getting Hurt and Cute Guy
This morning I talked to my mom who was heading to see my aunt (my dad's sister) who was in state for a dog show. My mom had invited her sister-in- law and hadn't even invited me to go see my own aunt! And my aunt lives out of state. She said she didn't think about it. Now I know my mom doesn't lie, but come on.
