The thing is, he doesn't have to. He never apologized for his comments about Dover, because he knows he can get away with shit like that--the only people he cares about are the ones who agree with him and send him money, and therefore, no apologies. The only reason he had to apologize about Chavez was because he put his pal W in a bad spot, and the only way he'll apologize for this one is if W tells him to. This kind of crap IS his talking point.
That, frankly, is even more appalling to me than the insane shit he says, as much as that's even possible.
