House-buying vibes, please

We put an offer on this house last night and should know by 4 p.m. if we're the "winners." For those familiar with the area (especially Richardsonian gridlockjoe), it's at Duck Creek near Apollo Junior High/Dartmouth Elementary.

At last, a place I can invite my friends to visit without dying of embarrassment. :)

Hey, how are those gorgeous kitties of yours?

That's a *great* yard.

I've heard that if you bury a St. Christopher statue upside down in your yard, someone will buy your house quickly. Should I dig around and see?

The patron saint of quick house sales is actually St. Joseph. Make sure you bury the right guy in your yard. ;)

Indeed. St. Christopher is the patron saint of travelers. So unless you want your house to go on a vacation without you, I'd stick to St. Joseph. ;-)

I thought of you when I saw the greenhouse. You may be fielding a lot of gardening questions. :)

If you'd ever seen the pestilential hellhole we live in now, you'd fall over in horror. Thanks for the good wishes!
