Spencer: "And we could change Sophie's name to 'my man. Then, when the dog starts bugging Sophie, we could yell, 'get away from my man, beeyatch!"

Oh yes. We're off to a fine start with names.

Well... The vet agreed to send the fax on Lola's behalf and so I guess Lola's “maloika,”(a bastardization of 'mal occhio' or the 'Italian evil eye' - Lola is an Italian cat, after all) has lost some of it's strength.

Consequently, yes, it looks as though we'll have a new dog this week. :-)
