OOOo! I can help! This used to happen to me all the time. Well, like three times a year and it was just SO BAD. I would go to the doctor and they'd just tell me to change my diet, but I was already on the B.R.A.T. diet! FINALLY someone figured it out, and maybe it's the same for you:

H. Pylori. They treat it with several antibiotics and ulcer meds.

Anyway - try a google search and see if this sounds familiar.

I...I have no idea :D I know you can have it with or without an ulcer. It's called helicobacter Pylori - or something like that. It's a bacteria that wreaks havoc on your stomach!

you might get some relief from taking charcoal capsules. They absorb the gas. Something is producing too much acid.
