Twilight Fic: to sin, and salvation (Edward Cullen)

New fandom, new fic. Inspired solely because of my personal interests, and because Edward Cullen is so very intoxicating. I posted the teaser of this as a lame birthday gift for ladybracknell and felt inspired to finish the rest. Concrit, as always, is desired. Suggestions of where to share this in Twilight fandom are also requested.

Positively gorgeous. You've done a beautiful job illustrating Edward's life in words.

The tone of this piece is wonderful and Edward's voice comes across crystal clear. It's poetic.

And those last two paragraphs? *sigh*

Seriously, this is really gorgeous. It all feels so very Edward - I love the idea that his isolation is self-imposed, simply because he's not prepared to settle for just anyone to ease his lonliness (although I totally want to write fic about him resisting the advances of all those female vampires in Denali). I always have the impression that that's why he reacts so strongly to Bella - she's something that he really, really wasn't expecting to find and so it knocks him sideways completely. You really captured that, the way his sense of awe when he's around her is every bit as strong as her sense of intrigue about him.

You...I need to rec you Edward/Tanya fic. There's maybe one story but still, it's such an undeveloped idea. Denali needs more love.

Thank you for the feedback :) I just really want to write fic all day about Edward being innocent and naive and complicated and having women lust after him and not knowing what he wants but wanting all the same. This could end badly.

It was the sense of innocence coming from a person who has been around a century... it was like every teenager and at the same time a man who had been around. I would love to hear more :)

The structure is beautiful, but more than that, the writing is. I love your peek into Edward's head, and I think it's spot-on.
