I did the same thing with a guy awhile ago, only I waited about 8 months for him to make a move and when I finally did, he turned me down too. Then after I started dating Levi he decided to confess his love to me and tell me that he was too afraid to make a move and all of this nonsense. So good for you for actually making a move and bad for her to: A. be a retard and B. miss out on a wonderful guy like yourself as a result of action A.
