5/29) Have way too much to do and little help to do it. Many people depend on me but I am made to feel I cannot ask for help from anybody. I think about it but the heat has really been getting to me. The therapist had jury duty, so no appointment. Did finish here survey thou. Will need to get established w/ the habbit.           Tried to write about our session last nite & upload a spring balance pix, pix wouldn't resize or finish & then the lights went out for 2 & 1/2 hrs. I will try again later....also this tiny post had to be redone to get up.... Damn and the house is still a challange....

Today I go to UNCG to see a therapist named Sarah, Allison & maybe Jes go w/ me. There are changes that have to be made, one way or the other.

Have started to moderate my diet, drink & food. No over the 2 & 1/2 glass limit in 4 days ! Hurray, I am clearer already. ....lapse...had an extra 1& 1/2 gls Friday, but can see clearer still & am finding fortitude as well. Maybe this Doctor can push me in the right direction, particularly since I want to go that way....As I have said many times,   ( Read more... )

     The past couple of weeks have been hectic to say the least.....The 1st I spent debating with & saying goodby to my friend David. It was very rough. I feel as if I have lost a good & special friend, but if it is not an honest friendship did I really have a friend. ?????       After the really bad day I had previously, I felt I needed to say the next day my chemicals had balanced & I was feeling great. I had not had any wine for 2 days but definately did that day. Got so much done had a really good time. Focused on my tasks not the circumstances, and took great satsifation in what I accoumplished. Only 2 glasses ( Read more... )
