No more Live Journal
I think I'm done with LiveJournal. I really loved it for a long time but the ads have gotten more annoying and distracting and fewer people are posting less often. I only have two people on my friends list who have posted in the last three or four months and now with stupid ads keeping me from reading my livejournal.... yeah, just not worth it ( Read more... ) -
New Classroom
I went over to my new school to spend some time in my classroom today. I biked over. By car it takes about 10 minutes to get there. By bus it takes about 45 minutes. By bike it took me 20 minutes today. So I don't think I'll be busing much. French Camp
I just got back from two weeks up in the most north-eastern tip of New Brunswick, Shippagan. It's a French Acadian fishing community that also has a Univeriste de Moncton campus. I applied for a bursary a few months back to be able to go on this two week course and was successful so my whole trip, minus my travel expenses, any extra activities I ( Read more... ) -

Less than three months to go
I realized that I hadn't written in almost a month. Busy doesn't even begin to describe what I've been but I've promised myself that I need to tone it down. I need to work smarter and more efficiently so that I can leave school before 6 every night and I want to take less work home as well. Just a quick update on how things are going. Wedding plans are progressing slowly but surly. We have a meeting with a friend who wants to do our invitations today. We sent out our save the date e-mails to family. I have someone who will alter my dress. We know who is catering for us (Joey's) but not what we're having yet. Probably a buffet. A little more than 4 months to go...
Our wedding is in just over 4 months. May 23rd. I just finished the Save The Date image that I'm going to e-mail to the people on our guest list that have e-mail. A lot of Tony's family doesn't have an e-mail address so we can't send it to them. Most wedding sites recommend sending Save The Date's out at least 6 months in advance, especially for ( Read more... ) -

I had a brain flash this morning in, of course, the shower, where I get my best brain flashes. We've been really struggling with the idea of having a theme for our wedding.
