At current employer I am on pager duty 2 weeks out of ever two months. Pager duty is being on call when something happens to a critical system. It isn't the great but it comes with the territory. I was always on call with $PREVIOUS_EMPLOYER but never had to worry about things much after 2000hrs. I had a 6 hour response time after 8. $ ( Read more... ) -

Best Hockey Game Ever (well in a long time)
When I go to hockey games, I never heckle the goaltender. Okay,..almost never. I am also the guy who will applaud the opposing team's goaltender for good saves or having a good game. Weight Loss
I am losing weight. Or at least I think I am based on what my family, friends, and co-workers have been telling me. I know I have dropped a few inches but I don't weigh myself so I really can't say if I am losing weight or not. I walk into Borders to pick up Susan yesterday. While waiting I walk to the music section to see if they have the new Bob Mould album, "Body of Song". Susan gets a discount at Borders so it is always fun to look. Next to where Bob Mould should be is the Morrissey section.
