There's a truckload of work, and for some reason fandom isn't the frivolous happy fantasyspace it used to be? The damn music industry's a fickle, incomprehensible thing. And my well's dry, y'all; I recognize it's time to take a step back.

Awww! Though I confess to mostly-lurking of late myself, I'll miss seeing you around as often. But you gotta do what works for you, right?

I hope your hiatus does for you what you'd like it to, but I'm not gonna lie and say I wouldn't be excited if you reemerge to discuss/flail/whatnot about David Cook Part II or whatever this album will be called.
