There's a truckload of work, and for some reason fandom isn't the frivolous happy fantasyspace it used to be? The damn music industry's a fickle, incomprehensible thing. And my well's dry, y'all; I recognize it's time to take a step back.

Jaaaaaay. :( I totally get why you need a hiatus bb. My personal Archie world is not a happy one these days and I have taken a huge step away from the fandom...as I think I explained in email. I can't get re-invested until I know my bb is actually doing something with his career (i.e. management and label). Anyway, I digress and don't mean to be a huge downer. Sorry.

I am so looking forward to Cook's album and it is nice to have that to be excited about. I know you'll be back to flail when we are privileged to hear his new music.

Take care of you during this break bb. I hope you'll be rejuvenated with fandom squee when you come back from hiatus. I'll miss you in your absence though. ♥ (I'm seriously tempted to commission imli to make Dark Angel stripper Arch come to life if she has time in the near future...would you be opposed if I did so?) ;)

Relevantly to my initial point: when you start getting your knickers in a twist and start attacking people over a board game, the (established variant) spelling of a minor fic character's name, and footnotes, and you aren't a teenager, you should have the wherewithal to think, /Maybe it's not you, but me/, and figure a break is best, no?
