I am so relieved to have found out that my speculations were correct!!! I was allergic to the carpet. Everyone was making fun of me at work and all I could do was laugh along with them. I just recently got back from Nashville and boy did I have fun. I really enjoyed being by myself and being able to do whatever I wanted to do whenever I wanted to do it. It sucks when you write a whole bunch hit the update button and you get an error message. In the entry I just attempted to write I was explaining how the air force just went to a new fitness program. I don't feel like retyping it so let me put it like this....The AirForce will no longer be a bunch of fat asses.

I just got back from the gym. I ran a 13min 1.5 mile. Not bad for not running at all for over two years. I don't know the standard for the Air Force but I am sure that I am doing well especially for just having two kids.
