hey girl, one way to think of things lke this that made all the tons of boy drama i've had in my life is this... that even if you guys may care about eachother a whole lot sometimes, no matter how hard you may try, his life is his life and your life is yours. You guys may decide to have your lifes run next to eachothers for a while, but if he or you decide to leave, your not losing anything at all. It may hurt, but your life really hasnt changed. I dont know if that made any since what so ever, but yeah.. just stay strong.

Why with my older Gf the situation was the same. We had a bit trouble being around each other and as a result we didn't talk much to each other for a bit. But after all of that, we're still friends. I still talk to her from time to time and we hang around too. And if it doesn't work out like that then life goes on. Just like your friend said. Oh, and of course, cherish those good moments.
