I went to a Yoga class tonight for the first time in many months. It was wonderful! Ladder7 shared the gift of a session with me. Thank you ladder7. Bravo! I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed the class. Johanna is such a supportive teacher.

The book is a great place to start!! COngratulations on counseling. It is true that it either will or will not work, but you both are giving it a huge chance and that is something!!

Your kids would go through some changes if you were to seperate, but they would still have the love of both parents and would florish from this. There would be difficult heartbreaking moments and such is life. Two parents healthy apart is a better influence than two parents unhealthy together as an example to children I think.

I am sure that both of your love for your children would keep you very aware of your behavior toward one another. At least I know this is true on your part.
