We just adopted a lab-mix puppy from the pound. He is so adorable. We haven't had a dog in about a year. We haven't named him yet. Any suggestions? Some names that have been thrown around are Vinny, Bootsy, Vito, Hector- oh yeah, he's a boy dog.

I found the best spanish language learning web-site. It is www.studyspanish.com. Some of the stuff is for paying members only, but you can get enough from the free stuff. It is a really great resource for learning spanish. (I bet there is also a study french.com too)

I went to a Yoga class tonight for the first time in many months. It was wonderful! Ladder7 shared the gift of a session with me. Thank you ladder7.
