This last week has been an emotional week yet again for my cousin Kaine and his family. Their (Kaine & Niocle) youngest girl, 15 month old Carlee was scalded on her legs and is in Melbourne Royal Children Hospital for the next few weeks.

These two young people have endured so much loss over the past 5 years it is about time life became easier.

My boys and I spent the afternoon watching a couple of movies. First we watched Ice Age, even though we have seen it many times it always makes us laugh. Then we were lucky enough to see Shrek II. What a wonderful afternoon of laughter ...... I think we will have to watch Shrek and Shrek II again soon.

I was disappointed today to learn a person (someone I would call a close friend) has made other people feel bad (for want of a better word) because of the almighty dollar.
