God, I love this fic. I LOVE Newfoundland’s. I grew up with one. That dog will have Danny wrapped around his paw in no time. :)

I don't know. All the Newfie's I've run into are likely to just sit there and take it while your kitty beats the crap out of them. They're huge, hairy beasts, but are about as ferocious as a pair of pink bunny slippers.

Newfies are the kindest dogs in the world, I am completely in love with them <3 But in an apartment, they can create some, well, inconvenient situations, especially if they try to take the couch from you.

(My dog is a mix of a hound and some kind of big-ish dog, but she's mortally afraid of cats. LOL Even after eight years, teasing her about it is still funny. XD)
