"the hand turny bits" - what ARE they called? I have no idea, but I'd suddenly really like to know...
Any idea why it suddenly started spraying water? Our radiator upstairs started doing that, except the water had a green colouring in it. That was in 2006 sometime and it's still not been fixed...
A smallish hole just suddenly burst open at the bottom of the radiator, not even on a joint, I've no idea why, but I will quiz the plumber when he comes round.
If you find out what those things are called do let me know, it will increase the informative value of this incident!
I once tried to bleed my housemates radiator. It didn't need bleeding. Aparently it was only personal projects which were damaged, no important University work.
