Well, after months of bugging people to vote for us (sorry), we finally got the results of the Bloodstock Unsigned Competition this morning and Scarecrow won, by an overwhelming majority, the opening slot on the Main Stage on Saturday Morning. After years of giving superior customer service to other communication companies, why have BT now outsourced their call centres and begun being vastly worse than all their competitors.
