I just saw an advertisement for a baseball video game - MLB 2k7 I believe - and the background music was Nirvana's "Breed" from Nevermind. I could be wrong, but I don't think this would have happened if Kurt was still alive. He might have licenced the music for a commercial, but not a commercial connected in any way to sports.
