So while on vacation my dad had an almost heartattack.  (It was caught before it was officially a heart attack, but it was close.)  He's ok now except for having to lose 30 cholesterol points.  But this is really making me realize I need to lose weight and be healthier.  It is no longer a matter of aestetics (Spelling?); it is a matter of dying...
