The largest collection of Pre-Raphaelite artwork outside of the UK is in Delaware.

That exhibit is going on an international tour. 130 drawings and paintings, plus work from the Arts and Crafts movement started by a Pre-Raphaelite.

It will be in the St. Louis Art Museum Feb-April 2007.

If I go to bed upset, I wake up upset.

So I can't go to bed.

I love this time.

Class is done, cleaning/cooking/homework done, and I have down time.

I sit alone in my room. Jazz plays softly and the only light glows out from my computer screen, my lamp, and candles. I smell incense and roses and feel the soft, cool wind of the evening on my arms as I type.

Oh my God, I am so ADD right now.

I swear I can't focus on anything for more than a few minutes.

I just switch back and forth from studying to writing to art, turning the music and tv on and off, and then just repeat the process all over again.

Oh well, as long as I get things done, right?

Yesterday was the Undergraduate Art History Symposium! It was so much fun. About 20 people came (a good crowd for us) including one of my favorite professors, Professor Scott. 4 seniors presented amazing papers, and I bought a School of Art and Art History t-shirt. Tonight I went and saw the movie "Who Gets to Call it Art?" at the Bijou. It was great, and an inspiration to me. It was all about this guy named Henry Geldzahler, who was a curator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. This guy was amazing. I was sitting out on the cement dock of the canoe house, as close to the water as possible.
