Has anyone been to South America? Anyone have any recomendations? I'm thinking maybe Peru or Bolivia(no marching powder jokes)instead of Slovenia for vacation...

Go to Brazil. Carnivale is coming up in March.

Argentina is absolutely stunning, I have several friends down there. Peru and Ecuador are also nice.

I think Bolivia is one of those places you only visit if you are forced to by men carrying guns and wearing hankerchiefs over their face.
