I had a conversation with a new co-woker the other day. She was just leaving hr job and I of course, am just starting mine. Over lunch she asks me what my ideal job is. I thought about it. We do it because we (as a society) have been trained that dreams are silly and for little kids, or people who aren't truly "grown-up". Grown-ups don't dream.

Is it worth it - no. Dreaming is what keeps us young at heart, and those dreams can one day come true.

I want to say dream on, but I am also still asking if it's baggage or fear. I keep wondering if I will grow out of that or if I need to just decide to think about it differently.
