today i went to beacon heights, just me and my guitar. there's something about sitting at the edge of those rocks looking out on the mountains... like i'm at the edge of the world. if God has a face and a smile, that must be it. i felt as if my Creator and i were connected. there was no line between earth and sky. there was no line between body, spirit or mind.
Every time I'm somewhere out in these mountains where I can see for miles, it's such a reminder of just how amazing God really is & how blessed we are to experience such bliss. & with Spring's arrival, I'm looking forward to getting out on the Parkway & other views from here in & around Asheville to take all that in... it's so breath-taking & meaningful to take such scenes in, & now, even more so with Him being truly in my life.
It was great running into you & all the others I saw on Saturday at the music building! & congrats on your internship!
