Adjusting to life off of the cruise ship (aka-REALITY) has been an adjustment. The cruise was awesome and I am posting pictures in this post. We are planning one with the kids for 2010. Well, I feel conflicted. As I do the math on the other increases. And believe me, I am doing the math. There are those who got increases significiantly less than the others. Should I be pissed that I am the only one who didn't get a cost of living raise this year? I just did the data entry on 08 salaries and mine is unchanged. I mean, in September of 2006 I took on added duties and received an 11% increase in my salary. But the new Business Manager started at the same time and he gets the COL increase. I haven't posted much but I've been trying to be productive around the house and at work. I think things are going well at work. I feel motivated and happier at work.
