If you have cats, are they trained? By this I don't mean "Do they do tricks?" but rather do they recognize voice commands, routines, etc? Discuss.

i have similar noises with Taxes, though Death burbles a lot, so she's hard to duplicate. Taxes, being half-Siamese, has that distinctive sound that's easy to speak back to him. After I get more feedback, I'll delve into how our two react. I'm impressed by them recently.

Sometimes I think Pixel is sort of trained, but I think she isn't, really. I think it's more that she and I have an understanding of each other's wants and needs, if this makes sense.

Most cats seem to recognize at least some. Fizgig knows her name and comes when called no matter where she is in the house. She recognizes "no" whether said in a raised voice or not. She also recognizes the word dinner and that a spoon means food.
