I work with a woman who is a snake. She is just vile. During lunch I ate in my room, using the cold teachers room as an excuse to not have to deal with anyone. Amy and I were chatting and eating and having an enjoyable time until the snake walked into my room. I was annoyed - I don't like fake, mean, untrustworthy people.

So that's it, the whole trip. It really was amazing. Reading my journal I really can't capture how great the whole thing was. Even in the little moments when we weren't doing anything at all, it was spectacular. I'm going to take another trip like this next summer. I'm not sure where though. I don't usually get to down in the summer time. I am usually chipper and happy and excited that the sun is shining. But I'm feeling like I'm messing everything up. I applied for teach for america again. just like last year. I know I am already teaching and I know I will have to take a pay cut but I think that this would be a really good experirnce for me.
